Clean air is essential for good health, and this is especially true when it comes to indoor air quality.
As Canadians, we spend close to 90% of our time inside; at home, at work and in various indoor recreational environments. Most people, however, are unaware of the ill effects that poor indoor air quality can have on their health! All of us have the ability to control the quality of our own indoor air.

Unlike conventional hot water tanks which heat & reheat the same water 24 hours a day, a tankless water heater is more efficient because it only heats water when it is needed.
Tankless Water Heaters constantly monitors the incoming water temperature & flow rate and modulates power to the heating elements to maintain a precise output water temperature as selected by the user for unsurpassed temperature control:
It is time to say goodbye to our old energy-hungry water heaters and replace them with new Tankless Water Heaters, which not only saves energy, but money and, in many instances, space too.

We’ve all seen those familiar square boxes outside many houses; this is most likely the condensing unit of a central air conditioning system. It may also be called a split system, because there is a second component called an evaporator coil, which is installed inside the duct near the furnace. The household air passes through the evaporator coil (to be cooled and dehumidified), and is then sent through your duct system using the furnace blower. Central air conditioning systems typically use your existing thermostat, or a modern replacement heat / cool model if appropriate.
Our home comfort consultants would be happy to discuss central air conditioning, ductless air conditioning, or attic based air conditioning with you. Contact us today for a free, no obligation estimate.
